- All payment must be made by demand draft
in favor of “AIOC 2010” payable at Kolkatta.

Children below 8 years of age are free from registration.

Registration fee for delegate includes : Delegate Kit, admission to the Scientific
Sessions, Trade Exhibition, Inaugural Function, Lunches / Dinners.

Residents must furnish documentary evidence (Letter from Head of the Department)
along with the registration form

The registration form may be downloaded from the website
www.aioc2010.com and mailed (duly completed) along with the payment to the
Organising Secretary.

GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION |
1. AIOS members have to be registered as Member Delegates
2. Spouses of AIOS members, who are also AIOS members themselves, should register as Member Delegates and not as Associate Delegates.
3. Accompanying/ Associate Delegate means Spouses and Children of Member Delegates (AIOS)
4. Accompanying Delegates to Non-Member Delegates are not allowed

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS |
Cancellation is permitted upto December
31, 2009 whereby 25% of the registration fee would be deducted as processing charges.
Refund of registration fee will be made only against a written
request submitted to the Conference Secretariat. |
